In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, all Russian children adopted by foreign citizens are to be registered with the Russian Embassy or Consulate.

In order to register your child with the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Seattle you should mail to the Consulate:
    Registration form with application (enclosed here). 
    1 picture of your child (passport size). 
    Birth certificate of a child (in Russian). 
    Adoption certificate (in Russian). 
    Court decision (in Russian). 
    Child`s original passport. 
    Copy of your ID card or passport. 
    "Money-order" for $50 payable for the "Russian         Consulate". No cash, personal check or credit cards. 
    Self-addressed pre-paid envelope (Priority-mail) with a stamp $4.05 .
